About Interchange

Interchange was founded in 1991. Today, we are a leading provider of foreign exchange and money transfer services to individual travellers, corporate clients and migrants. We have over a thousand branches and outlets in prime locations across Europe, in Hong Kong and the French Overseas Territories. We are also a Western Union Main Agent in central and eastern Europe and in the French Overseas Territories. You'll find us in airports, railway stations and at prime locations in major tourist destinations.

Our goal is to be a major foreign exchange service provider to the world's travellers, as well as a top money transfer provider, and we're well on our way to achieving that: in the last three years alone, we have doubled our European presence, and we have plans for rapid expansion in other continents.

The success and growth of our business in culturally and geographically diverse countries is thanks to a consistently strong brand, our customer focus, convenience (many branches are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and high service levels.

Managerial discipline has also been a strength. Interchange is debt-free and is a strongly cash-generative business. Our low-cost business model, combined with a measured entrepreneurial approach, has created growth opportunities in an industry where many competitors are rationalising.

Interchange is privately owned. The Group operates through its subsidiaries and branches in six European countries, Hong Kong and the French Overseas Territories.
